  • Reporting to the ICT Manager, responsible for several projects within change management context: merge of two companies acquired by COFACE in Belgium, two sites with head relocation in Brussels – team leading of 5 system engineers and helpdesk, providing work tools, technical processes & good practice for the set-up of project management organization. The project documentation follows the “basis” of Prince2 method.
  • Responsible for architecture definition and evolution in the field : SUN Solaris, Oracle, Linux & web application server (JAVA), network & security (user access management, anti-virus, anti-intrusion, disaster recovery plan, back-up procedures …), job scheduling.
  • Deploy a new monitoring tool for network and services business indicator to allow implementation of ITIL process. And deploy a new virtulization platform with CitrixXenServer to be able to scale up the development platform on Linux systems.
